Brutal guitars and extreme shouting in interplay with acoustic instruments, atmospheric walls of sound and melodic vocals - this is the sound of Rabenwolf.

Founded by Váli, Hexra and Vargur in autumn 2007, the group counts eight members since autumn 2008. Already in the following year, they played numerous, even international festival and club gigs and convinced their audience with their sound and great live shows.

In 2010 the band recorded the first album Aus Alten Zeiten at Absurd Studios with mastermind Schrödey. The release will be in summer 2011.

After the quitting of two members (lead guitarist Hexra and bassist Allsvartur), but worthy successors were found. From now on Druna and her bass will make the earth tremble and Æringi will play the lead guitar with solid sound and epic solos.
