Pillar Of Light - Join Forces With Transcending Obscurity Records
Pillar Of Light, a sludge doom metal unity from Detroit, Michigan, are pleased to announce the signing of a new contract with Transcending Obscurity Records for the release of the band's debut full length Caldera. One of the songs, "Wolf To Man", is available as a preview of the new music.
The band's statement as follows: "Caldera took form over several years and embodies the collective sense of loss and instability of our times. Each song is its own journey through the depths of human emotion and follows a narrator desperate to find reason in madness, purpose in destruction, and wisdom in futility. Recorded by Andy Nelson and mastered by Brad Boatright, Caldera slowly repels into the abyss, making peace with grief before crawling back toward safety.
